Cody’s Wish depicts the champion Thoroughbred racehorse Cody’s Wish, whose career became widely known in contemporary American horse racing for the extraordinary bond he shared with Cody Dorman, a young fan born with Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome. Cody’s Wish rose to champion status at major racetracks including Saratoga and Santa Anita, and was named American Horse of the Year in 2023.
